- As the Coach of Chinese Debate Team, I guided students to secure both the group championship and runner-up at the International School Chinese Debate Competition and made NAS Beijing a founding member of the International School Chinese Debate League.
- As Head of Chinese, I spearheaded the annual School-wide Literacy Week and initiated a suite of discipline-specific initiatives. I also championed interdisciplinary pedagogy by coordinating cross-curricular museum visits across Beijing.
- As Trip Leader for the Nord Anglia Education Global Expeditions Program in Tanzania, I supervised and mentored students in community-based service-learning projects in partnership with local NGO and schools.
