Working at Arrindell Aviation by Signature Aviation I worked as a baggage agent where I was responsible for calling and emailing clients to update or give information pertaining there lost items weather it was a lost bag or a lost electric device and much more. I was responsible for handling clients children when they traveled on there own without a perant present. Communicating with clients and are taxi driver for the drop of of the clients lost items witch at the end of the day a daily report most be made and sent to are headquarters that is based in the USA. My job was mostly checking are system for lost items that are clients may have left behind and to make a schedule to advise me, my coworkers and are clients when there lost items are supposed to arrive and in perfect condition and in the event that the clients lost items does not come in perfect we most insure the clients that we will replace their lost items with a brand new one within 24 hours.

I was always thought on how to work with 5 different Airline system and to memories the codes for each different Airline.
